The shift is often subtle.
And then it becomes real.

A Personal Note

I see this  as self-understanding.

When we look closely at what we’re believing, something often softens.
Not because we force it to — but because what felt solid turns out to be more flexible than we thought.

Our stressful and fixed  story  loosens its grip

when we see more clearly what is actually happening inside us.
